A brief History Of SKW Surveys:

Having run my own business successfully for the past 12 years SKW Energy Surveys was formed in August 2007 to undertake the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for the Home Information Packs (HIPs) required by the Domestic Housing market. In October 2008 the service was extended to cover Domestic lettings as well.

In December 2008 the production of Commercial Energy Performance Certificates was added to comply with the sales and letting of Commercial Building’s legislation which came into force on 4th January 2009.

We offer a personal service tailored to our client’s individual requirements which is continuously updated in line with the alterations made to the regulations.
